Estimator Civils & Utilities (Gas / Oil) My client a leading Mechanical & Civil Engineering contractor delivering high-quality solutions across the utilities, gas, oil, and pipeline sectors . Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Estimator (Civils & Utilities) to join our commercial team based at our Head Office in Ilkeston. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and commercially aware Estimator with a proven background in civil engineering and utilities projects , looking to play a key role in securing and delivering major works nationwide. Key Responsibilities Carry out detailed take-offs and prepare accurate tender submissions
Organise and issue tender enquiries to suppliers and subcontractors
Manage and administrate all tender documentation and correspondence
Produce accurate, detailed, and competitive estimates within required timescales
Price work from first principles , including labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors
Support bid submissions and contribute to successful project awards
