Responsibilities
Cultivate and manage strong client relationships by understanding business needs, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring consistent, value‑driven communication. Drive growth opportunities through strategic upselling and cross‑selling of products and services aligned with client goals.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the defence sector. Previous consulting sales experience essential and engineering‑focused organisation experience desired. Experience in a service‑sector driven organisation. Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar client‑facing role.
