An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join an award-winning, Legal 500 recognised law firm with a busy and growing commercial property department.

This role offers the chance to work on high-quality transactions while playing a key part in the continued growth of an established and successful team.

The Role

You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals

• Landlord and tenant work

• Development agreements

• Commercial sales and purchases

• Refinancing matters

• Grant and assignment of leases

You will work closely with senior leadership and will be encouraged to contribute to the ongoing expansion of the department.

The Ideal Candidate

• Circa 7+ years PQE in commercial property
• Able to manage transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in business development
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Experience using Land Registry portal and SDLT online systems preferred ()
