An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join an award-winning, Legal 500 recognised law firm with a busy and growing commercial property department. This role offers the chance to work on high-quality transactions while playing a key part in the continued growth of an established and successful team. The Role You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

Acquisitions and disposals Landlord and tenant work Commercial sales and purchases Grant and assignment of leases

You will work closely with senior leadership and will be encouraged to contribute to the ongoing expansion of the department. The Ideal Candidate

Circa 7+ years PQE in commercial property Able to manage transactions from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision Strong client relationship and communication skills Commercially minded with an interest in business development Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Experience using Land Registry portal and SDLT online systems preferred
