My client, a top UK law firm, is actively seeking an experienced Legal Risk & Compliance professional to join them on a permanent basis in their London office – working as their new Senior Compliance Analyst.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing law firm in the heart of the City, supporting its entire compliance function. Ranked in the Top 10 for it’s expertise in the Legal 500 – this is a chance for someone who is familiar with structured compliance processes.


As the successful Senior Compliance Analyst, you’ll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

  • Conducting due diligence and reviewing incoming mandates for potential risks
  • Assisting in the developing and maintaining of procedures
  • Acting as a point of contact for Fee-Earners as an expert on AML
  • Carrying out conflict searches
  • Serving as a mentor to junior team members, providing coaching and day-to-day support
  • Working closely with Fee-Earners to deliver effective compliance culture
  • Supervising audits and preparing documentation and findings

To be considered for this new opportunity, you’ll need to have/be the following:

  • Have a minimum of three years’ experience within Legal Risk & Compliance (focusing on AML, Conflicts, Financial Crime)
  • Have up to date knowledge on SRA regulations
  • Be confident in advising on compliance issues
  • Ideally, have prior experience in training/coaching junior members of a team
  • Be able to commute to the London office on a regular basis
