Key responsibilities
Plan problem solving and lead defined elements of project workstreams. Independently conduct analysis and research to support high quality delivery whilst adhering to timelines. Consistently provide high level, client ready deliverables. Communicate efficiently and effectively with stakeholders. Oversee workstream delivery, identifying risks and escalating when necessary. Expanding and growing existing client relationships. Support the development of junior colleagues.
Skills and experience
Experience in strategy or management consulting environments, within the healthcare sector. Solid ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in mentoring and supporting colleagues in project environments. Excellent commercial awareness, with experience in business development activities. Upto date knowledge of industry trends.
