Job Description Senior Customer Analyst – Loyalty, Retention & Growth
Hybrid – London (2 days in office)
£70,000-75,000 base + discretionary bonus + pension up to 12%

A leading global online marketplace is seeking a Senior Customer Analyst to join its Customer Analytics function. The team focuses on understanding, optimising, and growing the customer base through data-led insights, storytelling, and experimentation.

This role will play a key part in shaping acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategy, working cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to turn insight into commercial impact.

Responsibilities include
Owning customer analytics projects such as segmentation, churn modelling, LTV, and lifecycle optimisation
Designing and analysing A/B and multivariate tests to shape acquisition and retention strategies
Using SQL and dashboarding tools such as Tableau or Looker to communicate insight across the business
Partnering with marketing and commercial teams to identify and influence customer growth opportunities
Translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations that improve customer performance
