Senior Customer Insight Analyst (Customer Loyalty) Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus Benefits: Pension up to 12% (8% employee contribution)

This is a key strategic role within the customer analytics function — focused on using data to design, measure, and enhance loyalty initiatives that drive retention, repeat purchase, and lifetime value across global markets.
The Role As Senior Customer Analyst, you’ll use data to understand customer behaviour and shape loyalty propositions that deliver real business impact. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to design programmes that reward loyalty and deepen engagement. You’ll be responsible for: Analysing customer behaviour and retention patterns across loyalty programmes Building and maintaining a Single Customer View (SCV) to power personalised experiences Developing customer value models to inform loyalty tiers and benefits Partnering with marketing and global teams to measure and optimise loyalty campaigns Using analytics and storytelling to influence strategy and drive customer lifetime value
Your Skills You’ll bring a mix of technical and strategic expertise, including: Advanced SQL and experience with Tableau or Looker Strong understanding of loyalty, CRM, and customer engagement strategies Proven experience in loyalty analytics across eCommerce, retail, or telco Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Strategic thinker who can connect insights to commercial outcomes
Desirable: Python for statistical analysis Experience designing and running A/B tests
