We're looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled analyst to join a dynamic IT team supporting a major data platform transformation in the financial services sector. This role focuses on data modelling, system design, and regulatory reporting (including ESG and BCBS239 compliance) across complex, high-profile projects.

What You'll Do:

• Gather, analyse, and document technical and non-functional requirements
• Support end-to-end solution design, from data architecture to deployment
• Collaborate with business, IT, and data teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Contribute to database design, data lineage, and metadata management
• Support implementation of data governance, integration, and reporting workflows

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in business/systems analysis or technical data roles, ideally in banking or financial services
• Strong experience with data modelling, database design, and integration patterns
• Familiarity with regulatory and ESG data requirements
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and creating technical specifications
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable:

• Experience with Azure, Azure Data Factory, Databricks
• Exposure to regulatory reporting frameworks and structured data governance
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL
