We're looking for a detail-oriented, technically skilled analyst to join a dynamic IT team supporting a major data platform transformation in the financial services sector. This role focuses on data modelling, system design, and regulatory reporting (including ESG and BCBS239 compliance) across complex, high-profile projects.

What You'll Do:

Gather, analyse, and document technical and non-functional requirements

Support end-to-end solution design, from data architecture to deployment

Collaborate with business, IT, and data teams to ensure alignment and delivery

Contribute to database design, data lineage, and metadata management

Support implementation of data governance, integration, and reporting workflows

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience in business/systems analysis or technical data roles, ideally in banking or financial services

Strong experience with data modelling, database design, and integration patterns

Familiarity with regulatory and ESG data requirements

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and creating technical specifications

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable:

Experience with Azure, Azure Data Factory, Databricks

Exposure to regulatory reporting frameworks and structured data governance

Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and SQL
