Senior Designer / Draughtsman

Structural Steel | Built Environment | Delivery-Critical Role

This is not a role for someone who wants to 'do drawings.'

The mandate

You own the quality and clarity of design output.

That means:

  • Producing accurate, buildable structural steel drawings
  • Anticipating issues before they reach site
  • Taking ownership of complex packages, not just isolated details
  • Working closely with fabrication and installation teams to ensure what's drawn can actually be built

What success looks like

  • Fabrication-ready drawings that don't come back with questions
  • Fewer RFIs, fewer site clashes, fewer delays
