Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our clients expanding team. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of engineering maintenance within a prestigious commercial building located in Canary Wharf. You will manage both an in-house engineering team and a range of external contractors, ensuring all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Reactive Maintenance
  • PPMs
  • Lead, support and motivate the onsite engineering team
  • Ensure full site compliance and safe working practices
  • Manage and monitor SLAs to maintain service excellence
  • Ensure all works are carried out in line with SFG20 standards
  • Record Keeping / Logbooks
Requirements
  • 2391 Inspection and Testing
  • Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • 18thEdition
  • HVAP Desired
  • 5 years experience in a similar position
  • Right to work in the UK
