Senior Estimator We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join a growing regional main contractor based in Fleet. The privately owned business has been operating across several sectors including mixed-use residential, care homes, industrial and stadiums valuing typically up to £80mil. Projects are typically within the South of England.

About the role of Senior Estimator: As Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for managing the whole tender process, collaborating with the other members of the pre-construction team. You will report into the Construction Director and will be involved in mentoring junior members of staff.

Key Responsibilities as Senior Estimator: Review tender documents and ascertain suitability for the project Work from first principles Manage the whole tender process Be involved in cost planning and work through 2nd stage Work collaboratively with the bid team to ensure tenders are presentable
