Senior Estimator wanted for this leading subcontractor who focus on flat roofing projects all across the South East of England. Now due to their continued success and projected expansion where they are set to double in size over the next 3 years they are seeking either an experienced Senior Estimator or an Estimator who feels ready and is seeking their next career step up to Senior. As a key figure in this role your duties will include:

* Bid Management: Analyze tender documents, blueprints, and specifications to calculate detailed project costs.

* Cost Calculation: Determine material quantities, labour hours, and equipment requirements.

* Procurement: Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors, negotiating to ensure competitive pricing.

* Risk Assessment: Identify potential financial, technical, and operational risks.

* Collaboration: Work with project managers, clients, and engineers to ensure budget compliance and project feasibility.
