Accurately calculate project costs (labour, materials, time, equipment) for bids. Analysing plans. Gather supply quotes and assess risks to ensure profitable project acquisition. Collaborate with internal teams. Manage budgets. Oversee the entire estimation process from start to finish.

Requirements

Must have principal contractor residential experience. Previous experience in a similar Estimator/Managing/Senior Estimator position. Reliable with a strong work ethic.
