Senior Finance Manager - FP&A

Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in Central London

Sector: Telecoms / Digital Infrastructure

Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 + bonus

A fast-growing, PE-backed telecoms business is seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to play a key role in driving financial insight, control and smarter decision-making across the organisation.

This is a highly visible role combining hands-on FP&A with senior stakeholder partnering and team leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, change-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes
• Deliver clear, insight-led monthly reporting and variance analysis
• Support group budget and forecast consolidation
• Business partner senior stakeholders across support functions
• Provide commercial challenge on investment, resource and cost decisions
• Contribute to exec and Board reporting
• Manage and develop FP&A analysts
• Drive continuous improvement across FP&A processes, tools and systems
• Support finance transformation and system upgrade initiatives

About You

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong FP&A experience in a fast-paced or complex environment
• Confident across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
• Proactive, adaptable and improvement-focused
• Experience in PE-backed or capital-intensive environments beneficial
