Job Description

Global Accounting Network is partnering with a multi-site hospitality business to recruit an experienced Interim Senior FP&A Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business with budgeting, forecasting, investment decision support, and tracking investments against the budget, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead preparation and analysis of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
  • Provide investment decision support, including tracking investments against the budget
  • Prepare financial models: DCF, NRR, WACC from scratch.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of financial planning and analysis capabilities.


Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA or CIMA Qualified is a must (Big 4 is a plus)
  • Proven experience working as an FP&A analyst in a multi-site business.
  • Experience preparing financial models: DCF, NRR, or WACC from scratch.
  • Experience preparing power BI dashboards is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
