Job Description

Equifind is partnering with a high-growth European real estate developer at a key stage of its UK expansion. They’re looking to hire a driven Commercial Finance Analyst to help deliver high-quality insight, reporting and analysis that supports data-led decision-making across the business.

The role sits within a small but high-impact team that acts as the key interface between the business and its private equity stakeholders, while also serving as a trusted partner to the CEO. The opportunity is made all the more compelling given the business is currently exploring a potential sale in the secondaries market.

This is a fast-paced environment, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable working under pressure, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

The offices are based near Green Park, with four days per week required onsite.

  • Support the FP&A team across financial analysis, reporting and planning activities
  • Consolidate unit-level rental, opex and operational data from core systems to support insight and analysis
  • Build, enhance and migrate reporting into the BI platform
  • Create and maintain dashboards, with a focus on automating recurring reports
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning cycles
  • Produce monthly performance reporting, including variance analysis and clear commentary
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and decision-making
  • Partner closely with Operations, Asset Management and other stakeholders to understand key business drivers

About You

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Pivot, complex formulas, modelling)
  • Strong Power BI capability (dashboards, data visualisation, reporting)
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort working with large datasets
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or data analysis
  • Real estate experience (preferably residential)
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non‑finance stakeholders

  • Competitive base salary
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Annual bonus scheme
  • Private healthcare
