Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant

P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a Senior Geo-Environmental Consultant to join their team based in Briston on a full-time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver site investigations and environmental monitoring.
* Lead field-based elements of Phase 1, 2 and 3 assessments.
* Prepare and review high-quality factual and interpretive reports.
* Assess laboratory data and develop conceptual site models.
* Support project management activities including budgets, schedules, and client communication.
* Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and subconsultants as needed.
* Assist with proposal writing and fee estimations.
* Maintain high standards of health and safety.
* Support the development of junior team members through on-the-job learning.
Person Specifications:
* A degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related discipline.
* Around 5 years’ experience in geo-environmental consultancy.
* Strong technical knowledge of contaminated land risk assessment and UK guidance (e.g. CLR11, LCRM).
* Confident in scoping, managing, and delivering Phase 2 site investigations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to work collaboratively and independently, contributing to team culture.
* Some experience in project coordination or management.
* Full UK driving licence....
