About the role This is a strategic and hands‑on role. You won't just manage channels, you'll design and lead Happl's growth engine across paid, organic, lifecycle, partnerships, and experimentation. Your focus will be simple: generate predictable, efficient pipelines and turn growth into a repeatable system. You will work closely with Sales, Product, RevOps and Leadership to align growth with company-level revenue goals. You will define what good looks like, build the playbooks to get there, and ensure every pound we spend drives measurable commercial impact. This is a senior role with real ownership. You will shape our growth strategy, build processes from scratch, and play a key role in taking Happl to the next stage. What you'll be doing
Owning Happl's full‑funnel growth strategy, from awareness to revenue, with clear pipeline and ARR targets Leading paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and emerging channels while identifying and scaling new growth opportunities Building and optimising multi‑channel growth loops across paid, organic, partnerships, referrals and lifecycle Designing and executing structured experimentation frameworks across messaging, positioning, creatives, landing pages and offers Driving conversion rate optimisation across the website and key acquisition journeys Partnering with Sales and RevOps to improve lead quality, attribution accuracy, pipeline velocity and revenue forecasting Managing CAC, LTV, payback periods and channel efficiency with a strong commercial lens Building clear dashboards and reporting that tie marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue Supporting new market or product launches with integrated growth strategies Laying the foundations for a scalable growth function as we hire and expand
What we're looking for
5+ years in B2B SaaS growth or performance marketing, ideally in high‑growth environments Proven experience driving pipeline and revenue – not just leads or traffic Strong commercial instinct with deep understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback and revenue efficiency Experience owning multi‑channel growth strategy across paid, lifecycle, CRO and experimentation Advanced knowledge of paid media platforms and optimisation frameworks Confident using data to make decisions, with strong attribution and analytics experience Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product and RevOps in a revenue‑driven organisation Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes from scratch Ambitious, proactive and motivated by impact, ownership and scale
