This role is responsible for developing and executing performance-focused marketing strategies across digital channels and lifecycle stages. With strong analytical skills and a test‑and‑learn mindset, the Senior Manager will lead high‑impact campaigns, collaborate across teams, and use data to optimize the customer journey. This role blends strategy and execution, with a focus on experimentation, performance optimization, and cross‑functional coordination. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated growth marketing strategies across channels, including but not limited to email and in‑product Analyze data to uncover insights, track KPIs, and drive continuous performance improvements Own customer funnels — acquisition, activation, engagement, or retention — and improve conversion rates at each stage Design and run experiments to validate campaign hypotheses and optimize key touchpoints Collaborate closely with marketing, product, sales, data analytics, relationship management, and engineering teams to drive cohesive and effective campaigns and experiments Present campaign performance, growth insights, and opportunities to internal stakeholders using data‑driven methodologies Stay on top of industry trends and emerging growth strategies to test and adopt Contribute to a global, collaborative, high‑performance team culture focused on learning and iteration
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 4‑6+ years of relevant marketing experience, with hands‑on growth or performance marketing background Proven track record in managing multi‑channel campaigns and driving measurable business impact Strong communication and collaboration skills Understanding of experiments and testing best practices Demonstrated analytical skills with required SQL proficiency, alongside experience with Google Analytics and Excel. Experience working in agile and fast‑paced environments Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation platforms, AI tools, and A/B testing tool
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B environment, especially tech, fintech, SaaS, or marketplace models Understanding of growth stacks (e.g., attribution methods, CDPs, segmentation platforms)
