We're on the lookout for a Sous Chef who thrives in a high-volume kitchen and is ready to support the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food, every single service.

The Role
As Sous Chef, you'll be the right hand to the Head Chef—leading the kitchen from the front, maintaining standards, and stepping up to run service when needed. You'll play a key role in ensuring every dish is delivered to the highest level, with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
You'll help manage the team, drive performance, and create a positive, motivated kitchen culture. Whether it's developing junior chefs, keeping service flowing smoothly, or solving problems on the fly, you'll be at the heart of everything happening in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
Support and deputise for the Head Chef, leading the kitchen in their absence
Deliver consistently high-quality food in a fast-paced environment
Train, develop, and inspire the kitchen team
Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
Control food costs, minimise waste, and hit financial targets
Ensure smooth, efficient service while maintaining high standards
What We're Looking For
Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
Passion for high-quality, freshly prepared food
A hands-on leader who motivates and develops their team
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
A proactive, "get it done" attitude
