AXA Partners is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with our HRD UK and NAUKI leadership teams. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a deputy to the HRD UK, leading a team of trusted HR advisors who deliver expert consultancy and specialized knowledge. Together with the HRD and UK HR leadership team, you will spearhead initiatives that foster a culture of growth, boost employee engagement, develop top talent, and support both business and people growth. If you are driven to make a tangible impact in a global organization committed to excellence, this is the role for you.What you’ll be doingStrategy: Support the HRD by translating business goals into clear People Strategies. Collaborate with the People Director and HR Leadership to define and deliver the people plan, ensuring alignment with business strategy. Provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related initiatives, engaging with COEs and participating in global HR programs to enhance strategic impactOrganizational Design: Assist in designing and implementing organizational development interventions to improve efficiency and embed desired culture and behaviorsTalent Management: Identify critical skills and behaviors, develop talent acquisition and retention strategies, and lead leadership and workforce development. Partner with COEs to create high-potential employee programs and ensure succession plans are in placeCulture and Engagement: Act as a role model to promote a positive work culture aligned with AXA values. Address culture gaps, support leaders in driving a performance-focused environment, and implement initiatives to boost employee satisfaction and engagementData Analysis and Reporting: Utilize metrics to assess the impact of people initiatives, identify trends, and provide insights to improve business performance through data-driven decision-makingEmployee Relations: Ensure effective HR policies and guidance, coach leaders on high-risk cases, develop manager capabilities for handling ER issues, and lead the employee reps forumWhat you’ll bringStrong communication, relationship management, stakeholder engagement, influencing, and coaching. Ability to challenge key stakeholders and operate within a matrix structureOperate at a strategic level with the ability to navigate complexity. Possesses strong strategic vision with the ability to drive strategic alignmentCommercial acumen - understanding how the business operates and being able to talk the “business language”Good financial understanding.
