This role partners closely with the Chief Product Officer and senior Product leadership to unlock performance, accelerate growth and enable sustained innovation. The Opportunity You will lead the global people strategy for Product, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a critical voice at the table. With a strong blend of strategic thinking and operational execution, you will help build a high-performance, people-first culture that supports ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver the people strategy for the Product function, tightly aligned to business and growth objectives. Partner with the Chief Product Officer and senior Product leaders to design and deliver progressive talent, engagement and succession strategies.
