Job Title: Senior HR Coordinator

Location: City of London

Role: 12-month FTC

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

Salary: up to £45,000 per annum

The role

In your new role as a Senior HR Coordinator, you will be acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries and provide comprehensive support to the HR team, ensuring the effective delivery of HR initiatives and services for lawyers and Business Professionals across EMEA offices. This is a maternity cover (12 month fixed term contract). Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising employees on firm policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating and supporting recruitment activities alongside the HR Manager.
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for new joiners and leavers.
  • Managing probation processes for new joiners.
  • Preparing documentation for employee relations matters.
  • Managing administration of benefits programmes, including enrolments, terminations, and updates.
  • Maintaining the HR data on Workday.


What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role at a law firm.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT Proficient.
