Head of HR | Global Events Consultancy | London (Hybrid)


We’re partnering with a high-growth, global events consultancy to appoint a Head of HR in a newly created role.


This is a business operating at pace, delivering large-scale, complex events across multiple regions globally. With an expanding footprint and ambitious growth plans, they are now looking to strengthen their HR leadership capability.


The Opportunity

This is a high-impact role with a blend of operational leadership and strategic influence.

You’ll work closely with the HR Director to:

  • Lead and develop an existing HR team, building capability - particularly in Employee Relations
  • Bring structure, consistency, and efficiency to core HR processes
  • Support the evolution of the people strategy as the business scales globally
  • Play a key role in shaping performance, reward, and employee experience frameworks


While there is a strategic element, this role requires someone who is equally comfortable rolling their sleeves up and leading from the front.


What We’re Looking For

  • A proven HR leader / Senior HR Business Partner with strong generalist experience
  • Confident managing complex ER and coaching others to do the same
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, scaling or evolving business
  • Strong focus on process improvement and operational excellence
  • Comfortable working across global or multi-region environments
  • A hands-on, pragmatic approach with a genuine desire to add value and drive impact


Exposure to international markets (e.g. US or Middle East regions) would be advantageous, but not essential.

Package

  • £75,000 - £80,000 base salary
  • 10% bonus
  • 5% pension
