Location: Leeds (Yorkshire West Region)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Land & Partnerships Manager to join a high-performing regional team, playing a key role in delivering land acquisition in line with a five-year business plan.
Reporting to the Land & Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and progressing land and partnership opportunities, from initial appraisal through to legal completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure land and partnership opportunities aligned with regional strategy
- Appraise sites and manage opportunities through to acquisition
- Lead on bid submissions and negotiate legal agreements
- Support delivery of the regional business plan and land strategy
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Contribute to and support the development of junior team members
- Proven experience in a land role within a housebuilding environment
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders xbpsjku effectively
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
