Senior Land & Partnerships Manager

Location: Leeds (Yorkshire West Region) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Land & Partnerships Manager to join a high-performing regional team, playing a key role in delivering land acquisition in line with a five-year business plan. Reporting to the Land & Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing and progressing land and partnership opportunities, from initial appraisal through to legal completion. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure land and partnership opportunities aligned with regional strategy Appraise sites and manage opportunities through to acquisition Lead on bid submissions and negotiate legal agreements Support delivery of the regional business plan and land strategy Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external Contribute to and support the development of junior team members Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a land role within a housebuilding environment Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders xehkeey effectively Organised, proactive and detail-oriented approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Whats on Offer: Competitive salary with regular reviews Performance-related bonus Attractive benefits package Clear opportunities for career progression Collaborative and supportive team environment
