The legal team takes pride in thinking holistically and providing commercial solutions to clients in real time.ROLEWe are looking for an ambitious lawyer qualified in the UK who is seeking a varied role offering broad experience with firms across the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years’ post‑qualification experience and a deep working knowledge of the vertical specialisms in one or more of the following investment management areas (candidates are not expected to have experience across all areas listed below):Alternative fundsInstitutional mandatesDistributionRegulationTrading, execution, and clearingPrivate Equity FundsVenture Capital FundsHedge FundsInfrastructure FundsPrivate Credit FundsRegulationStructuringThe right candidate will be independent, driven, and committed to contributing to the team’s and clients’ success.
