The Role You will take on a broad and engaging caseload across commercial and civil disputes, acting for businesses, individuals, and professional clients. Typical matters will include:
Complex contract claims Shareholder, director, and partnership disputes Property and boundary disputes Commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters Contentious probate and inheritance disputes Professional and business reputation matters Debt recovery and enforcement

The Candidate
