Senior Litigation Solicitor

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000

PQE: 5+ PQE

Location: Northamptonshire

Working Pattern: Hybrid

The Role

You will take on a broad and engaging caseload across commercial and civil disputes, acting for businesses, individuals, and professional clients. Typical matters will include:

• Complex contract claims
• Shareholder, director, and partnership disputes
• Property and boundary disputes
• Commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters
• Contentious probate and inheritance disputes
• Professional and business reputation matters
• Debt recovery and enforcement

The Candidate

• 5+ years PQE in commercial and/or civil litigation
• Confident managing your own caseload independently
• Strong technical ability with a commercial mindset
• Comfortable building relationships and contributing to business development
• A collaborative team player who enjoys being part of a supportive environment
