Location: London (Hybrid)

Up to £38,000 per annum based on experience.

We are working with a high-growth life sciences events business to hire a Senior Marketing Executive to support an international portfolio of events, including the launch of a brand-new global show.


This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised marketer with B2B events experience to take ownership of campaign delivery across a fast-paced, commercially focused events portfolio.


The role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders, clear progression opportunities, and the chance to contribute to both established and newly launching international events.


The Role

You will be responsible for delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue across a portfolio of global B2B events.

Working closely with sales, production, and operations teams, you will take ownership of campaign execution and play a key role in the successful delivery of each event.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, partnerships, and lead generation
  • Build and deploy targeted email campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and optimisation
  • Create high-performing, conversion-led content for email, landing pages, and social channels
  • Manage and update website content, including agendas, speakers, and campaign assets
  • Support conversion rate optimisation through testing and user journey improvements
  • Deliver partner and sponsor marketing activity, including co-marketing campaigns
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights to improve results
  • Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines within a fast-paced environment


Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B events marketing (essential)
  • Approximately 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role within events
  • Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Familiarity with CRM and email platforms such as Pardot, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to deadlines
  • Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset
  • Ambitious and motivated to develop within a growing business
