Reports to: Managing Director, C&TH Events
Salary: £30-£33k (depending on experience) + other benefits
Working in a fast-paced and creative environment, this role supports the delivery of marketing activity across the Country & Town House portfolio, with a particular focus on high-profile events, including the Chelsea Arts Festival.
This is a hands‑on role suited to a developing marketer who is keen to build experience across events, campaigns and digital marketing. You will work closely with editorial, commercial, digital and events teams to help drive awareness, engagement and revenue across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Business‑Wide Marketing
Deliver the marketing plan across Country & Town House, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and editorial strategy
Assist with the promotion of key initiatives including special issues, campaigns, partnerships and brand moments
Help maintain consistency of brand identity, tone of voice and positioning across all marketing channels
Contribute ideas and assist in identifying new opportunities to grow reach and engagement
Events Marketing (Core Focus)
Deliver the marketing and promotion of events across the portfolio, with a key focus on the Chelsea Arts Festival
Manage the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, partnerships and PR
Manage campaign timelines and ensure delivery of activity across the campaign lifecycle
Work closely with events, editorial and commercial teams to coordinate marketing output
Support ticket sales performance by managing campaign activity and reporting
Help manage marketing budgets, including identifying cost‑effective and contra opportunities
Assist with sourcing and coordinating media and marketing partners
Digital, CRM & Audience Growth
Manage newsletter marketing, including planning, building and sending campaigns
Manage CRM activity, including audience acquisition, segmentation and engagement
Work closely with external consultants (e.g. Meta ads) to support paid social campaigns and develop in‑house knowledge
Track campaign performance and contribute to reporting across digital channels
Support the effective capture and use of audience data in line with data protection regulations
Content & Campaign Delivery
Coordinate the creation and rollout of marketing assets across digital, print and social channels
Work with design and editorial teams to produce engaging marketing content
Work on copywriting for newsletters, adverts and promotional materials
Ensure event and campaign information is accurate and up to date across all channels
Partnerships & PR
Support the management of relationships with media partners and collaborators
Assist with PR activity, including coordinating coverage opportunities
Help identify and support partnership opportunities that drive audience growth
Reporting & Analysis
Manage the preparation of campaign performance and ticketing reports
Contribute to post‑campaign analysis, including gathering insights and learnings
Use data and feedback to help improve future marketing activity
Skills & Experience
2–3 years’ experience in a marketing role (events, festivals, media or publishing experience beneficial)
Interest in events, media and brand marketing
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident communicator, comfortable working across teams
Willingness to learn and develop new skills, particularly in digital and performance marketing
Proactive attitude with good attention to detail
Hours: Permanent full‑time role, Monday to Friday, 9.30am-6pm. Fulham office‑based a minimum of 3 days per week + WFH and some on‑site event work
