My leading Banking client are looking for an Operational Resilience professional to oversee the operational capability of the business internationally. This is a 1st Line of Defence (1LOD) role, where you will evolve and embed the framework in response to regulatory development and internal risk management framework.


You'll also have oversight of the testing strategies, plans and execution, and methodologies for identifying the Critical important functions and Services. Finally you'll be responsible for the alignment of DORA and UK Operational resilience requirements across the business.

The following skills / experience is essential:

  • Strong Operational/Business Resilience background.
  • Good understanding of the UK Regulatory landscape.
  • Previously worked in a highly regulated industry.
  • Banking/Financial Services background is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.


Salary: Up to £115,000 + bonus + package

Level: Director

Location: London (good work from home options available)
