Role Overview: The company is seeking an experienced Senior Planner with proficiency in Asta Powerproject to join a seasoned team of professionals. You’ll be integral in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects—helping ensure milestones are met on time, within scope, and in harmony with our high standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project programmes in Asta Powerproject, from mobilisation to handover.
Integrate procurement, M&E installation, site management, and handover/aftercare milestones into comprehensive schedules.
Liaise with estimating, technical services, contracts, and construction managers to align plans with commercial, technical, and delivery strategies.
Monitor, update, and report on project progress, enabling proactive management of delays and risks.
Lead programme reviews, internal coordination meetings, and client-facing updates.
Ensure planning practices align with the company ethos of safety-first, high quality, and sustainability.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with Asta Powerproject on commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.
Strong understanding of fit-out workflows, including procurement, logistics, site sequencing, M&E installation, and handover processes.
Excellent communication skills—able to work with multi-disciplinary teams and clients.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-track delivery environment.
Experience or competence in applying HSE and environmental compliance within planning context.
Desirable Attributes:
Formal qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Familiarity with Procore or other project documentation systems.
