Senior Product Analyst

Subscription / Entertainment / D2C

Hybrid – 3 days per week in Holborn

Looking for a strategic product analyst role where your insights directly shape customer experience and drive charitable impact? This is a rare chance to join a fast-growing entertainment business with a mission-driven model, supporting huge prize draws that raise millions for UK charities each month.

This business blends entertainment, tech and social good. Customers can enter to win luxury prizes, while supporting a wide range of UK-based causes. Their product and data teams are scaling fast as they grow their customer base and expand across markets.

They’ve built a multi-million-pound subscription business with over 7 million customers to date, and have ambitious international growth plans, including launching new offices across Europe.

THE ROLE

This is a high-impact product analytics role embedded in a fast-paced cross-functional product team. You'll focus on analysing user journeys across the website and app, helping to shape product development, optimise user flows, and support strategy with data.

What you'll be doing:

• Own A/B testing and experimentation across digital product touchpoints
• Analyse customer behaviour, pricing performance, and feature adoption
• Work closely with product managers and data engineers to shape new propositions
• Identify new product ideas and use data to validate/test them
• Deliver insights that link product performance to commercial outcomes (LTV, retention, etc.)
• Focus on one of three domains: pay-as-you-go, subscription, or in-app journeys

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Solid experience in product analytics (ideally 4+ years)
• SQL fluency (including joins, CTEs, aggregates – window functions a plus)
• Comfortable with A/B testing, experimentation and hypothesis-driven analysis
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Strong commercial thinking – able to link user behaviour to business KPIs
• Creative and proactive – someone who brings ideas, not just answers
