We’re working with a high-growth digital marketplace operating at scale ,constant traffic, complex journeys, and huge opportunity to optimise every interaction.

They’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who can step in, take control, and elevate core journeys with minimal hand-holding.

This role is all about ownership and impact:

• Own end-to-end design across a high-traffic consumer platform
• Shape experiences that directly impact conversion, revenue and engagement
• Work on a product where small design decisions drive meaningful commercial outcomes
• Leverage AI tools and workflows to enhance design, speed and decision-making
• Operate with real autonomy no layers, no blockers
• You won’t be waiting for direction you’ll be leading it.

️ What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead design from discovery through to delivery and optimisation
• Analyse user behaviour, identify friction, and improve conversion
• Apply strong consumer and eCommerce best practice
• Integrate AI into your design process from research and ideation to testing and iteration
• Continuously test, learn and optimise (CRO mindset is key)
• Collaborate cross-functionally, but equally comfortable running solo
• Move quickly, prioritise effectively, and deliver impact

What They’re Looking For

• Strong eCommerce experience (essential)
• Experience designing for high traffic / high volume consumer platforms
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and conversion optimisation
• Proven ability to own and deliver design end-to-end independently
• Comfortable working autonomously as a standalone designer
• Strong experience using AI tools within design workflows (not just interest real application)
• Commercial mindset designing with revenue and outcomes in mind
• Confident using data to inform decisions
• Thrives in fast-paced, slightly ambiguous environments
