CJC Recruit are representing a Tier 1 main contractor delivering a portfolio of high-profile projects across the East of Scotland — including new-build schools and large commercial facilities ranging from £20–£60 million in value. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead a flagship development through full lifecycle delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction to handover

* Programme leadership, risk management, stakeholder engagement

* Managing commercial performance and reporting to senior leadership

* Leading a high-performing delivery team and subcontract supply chain

* Ensuring safety excellence, quality assurance and client satisfaction

* Driving buildability, productivity and digital construction adoption

Requirements

* Proven track record leading major construction projects £20m+

* Experience in education / public sector builds strongly preferred

* Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding

* Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to high-performance outcomes
