CJC Recruit are representing a Tier 1 main contractor delivering a portfolio of high-profile projects across the East of Scotland — including new-build schools and large commercial facilities ranging from £20–£60 million in value. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Project Director to lead a flagship development through full lifecycle delivery. Key Responsibilities
Full ownership of project delivery from pre-construction to handover Programme leadership, risk management, stakeholder engagement Managing commercial performance and reporting to senior leadership Leading a high-performing delivery team and subcontract supply chain Ensuring safety excellence, quality assurance and client satisfaction Driving buildability, productivity and digital construction adoption
Requirements
Proven track record leading major construction projects £20m+ Experience in education / public sector builds strongly preferred Strong commercial awareness and contractual understanding Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to high-performance outcomes
