Senior Project Manager - High-Rise Residential – Milton Keynes

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to run a Built-to-Rent residential scheme in Milton Keynes. This is a pivotal leadership role, acting as the No.1 on-site, overseeing the delivery of a 20 storey tower comprising circa 300 units.

Role responsibilities:

* Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the 20 storey tower, from construction through to handover

* Manage all site operations, ensuring programme, budget, and quality targets are met

* Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders

* Champion health & safety, compliance, and sustainability standards

* Report directly to the leadership team

The successful candidates will have:

* Proven experience delivering high-rise residential schemes £60mil +

* Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills

* A collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive performance across multidisciplinary teams

* A track record of managing complex construction programmes from inception to completion

* NVQ lvl 6, SMSTS, trade / engineering background
