Senior Project Manager - High-Rise Residential – Milton Keynes\n\nAn exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to run a Built-to-Rent residential scheme in Milton Keynes. This is a pivotal leadership role, acting as the No.1 on-site, overseeing the delivery of a 20 storey tower comprising circa 300 units.\n\nRole responsibilities:\n\n * Lead the full lifecycle delivery of the 20 storey tower, from construction through to handover\n\n * Manage all site operations, ensuring programme, budget, and quality targets are met\n\n * Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders\n\n * Champion health & safety, compliance, and sustainability standards\n\n * Report directly to the leadership team\n\nThe successful candidates will have:\n\n * Proven experience delivering high-rise residential schemes £60mil +\n\n * Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills\n\n * A collaborative leadership style with the ability to drive performance across multidisciplinary teams\n\n * A track record of managing complex construction programmes from inception to completion\n\n * NVQ lvl 6, SMSTS, trade / engineering background\n\nWhat next?\n\nTo be considered for this opportunity, please apply below with your most up to date CV
