Senior Project Quantity Surveyor – London (Permanent)


Auxo Talent is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client-side cost management team, overseeing a portfolio of new build and refurbishment projects across the UK. You will manage commercial activities from feasibility through to final account, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare budgets, cost plans, and forecasts; monitor cashflow and project costs.
  • Lead tendering, evaluate bids, and manage contractor performance.
  • Review and negotiate valuations, variations, and compensation events.
  • Provide clear commercial reporting and advice to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with RICS standards and maintain audit documentation.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in client-side or consultancy roles.
  • Strong cost management, procurement, and commercial oversight skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
  • Able to mentor junior staff and lead commercial discussions confidently.
  • Remote work possible for senior, self-sufficient candidates.
