Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager\n\nLocation: Putney (Head Office) with travel to project sites\n\nOverview\nDue to an expanding workload, we are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join our team, based out of our Head Office in Putney. This role will act as the commercial lead across a range of high-profile projects and offers strong long-term progression opportunities within the business.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Act as the commercial lead on projects across Greater London and Oxford\n\n * \n\n Manage commercial aspects of projects within the Commercial, Science, and Infrastructure (Airport) sectors\n\n * \n\n Deliver internal fit-out packages, with a focus on Lindner specialist products including ceilings and flooring (CAT A fit-out)\n\n * \n\n Provide mentoring and guidance to junior surveyors and the wider commercial team\n\n * \n\n Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, typically Tier 1 main contractors\n\n * \n\n Divide time between the Putney Head Office and site-based project locations\n\nExperience & Skills\n\n * \n\n Minimum of 10 years’ post-graduate experience in a commercial/QS role\n\n * \n\n Strong working knowledge of both JCT and NEC forms of contract, with a design emphasis\n\n * \n\n CAT A fit-out experience advantageous but not essential\n\n * \n\n Proven ability to lead commercial functions on multiple projects\n\nQualifications\n\n * \n\n Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline\n\n * \n\n Evidence of continued professional development\n\nProgression & Development\n\n * \n\n Clear opportunity to build and lead a surveying team\n\n * \n\n Potential for progression into a departmental leadership role within the business
