Job Title: Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: London

Salary: Up to £80,000 + Package

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading consultancy based in London, working on some of the UK’s most high-profile infrastructure projects. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a dynamic and growing team delivering major programmes across multiple sectors including Aviation, Power, Transport.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering commercial and cost management services across a diverse portfolio of large-scale infrastructure projects, including Aviation, Power & Utilities (onshore and offshore), and Transportation. The business offers a unique non-sectorised structure, providing the opportunity to gain exposure across a variety of industries rather than being limited to one specialism.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver cost management and commercial support across major infrastructure projects Administer and manage NEC contracts effectively Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation Manage project budgets, forecasting, and reporting Conduct valuations, variations, and final accounts Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders Support risk management and value engineering initiatives

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure projects Strong working knowledge and experience of NEC contracts (essential) MRICS qualified (or working towards) Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills Ability to work across multiple sectors and adapt to different project environments
