Job Description

An expanding Quantity Surveying team in Southeast London are looking to add a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven track record of independently leading projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

\n

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working across a diverse range of projects including housing, education, cladding, and regeneration schemes valuing up to £100m.

\n

As well as undertaking a project delivery role, there is a clear opportunity to undertake additional management and/or client facing duties - tasks that will support your pathway to Associate.

\n

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

\n

\n Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar \n

Ideally MRICS, but not essential \n

UK PQS / Construction Consultancy experience \n

Comfortable delivering multiple projects simultaneously \n

Excellent pre contract knowledge \n
