Job Description
A leading multi-disciplinary consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Manchester office. This is a key role within a well-established cost management team, supporting the delivery of complex residential schemes, with a particular focus on high-risk buildings.\n\nThe Senior Quantity Surveyor\n\nThe successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services and act as a trusted advisor to clients on a range of technical, commercial, and contractual matters.
