Job Description
Senior Quantity Surveyor – Manchester\n\nA well-established, highly respected multidisciplinary construction company with offices across key UK locations are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its Manchester team.\n\nThe Company\n\nThis forward-thinking organisation has secured a strong pipeline of public and private sector projects. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can make an immediate impact and is keen to progress their career.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for:\n\n * \n\n Cost estimating\n\n * \n\n Regular client reporting\n\n * \n\n Cost control from project inception through to completion\n\n * \n\n Working predominantly within the public sector\n\nAbout You\n\nThe ideal Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:\n\n * \n\n A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor\n\n * \n\n Strong client-facing and communication skills\n\n * \n\n Experience managing projects of varying values\n\n * \n\n A resilient and assertive approach\n\n * \n\n MRICS status ( but not essential)\n\nSalary & Benefits\n\n * \n\n Up to £70,000\n\n * \n\n Generous pension contribution\n\n * \n\n Excellent annual leave entitlement with yearly increases\n\n * \n\n Performance-based bonus\n\n * \n\n Private healthcare\n\nIf you are a Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor at any level and seeking a new opportunity, please contact Damian Eatwell
