Job Description
A well-established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Reading. Known for delivering high-quality services across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial, this consultancy offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of UK-wide projects from a client-facing position.\n\nThis is an ideal role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys leading from the front - managing cost control, contract administration and procurement processes across multiple live schemes. The company offers strong professional development support, making it an excellent environment for long-term career progression.\n\nThe Senior Quantity Surveyor Role\n\nThe successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading cost planning and management throughout the full project lifecycle - from feasibility to final account.
