An established specialist contractor, renowned for delivering prime residential new builds and luxury refurbishments, is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. Working from the Syon Lane office, you’ll manage the commercial delivery of ultra-high-end residential projects across some of the UK’s most prestigious addresses in Surrey, Hampshire, and Oxfordshire.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced QS looking to advance their career within the exclusive world of prime residential construction, managing stunning bespoke homes and working closely with discerning private clients and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the full commercial lifecycle of prime residential projects valued up to £10m+
* Produce and manage detailed cost plans, budgets, and forecasts for high-spec finishes and bespoke builds
* Manage procurement of specialist subcontractors and negotiate high-value packages
* Assess and agree valuations, variations, and final accounts
* Provide accurate financial reporting and ensure robust cost control throughout the project
* Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with commercial targets
* Drive value engineering initiatives without compromising quality
* Build trusted relationships with UHNW clients, architects, and interior designers
