My client, a family owned main contractor have been established for over 40 years. They are a well respected and financially secure prime residential contractor who specialise in the alteration and refurbishments of luxury homes in Central London.

Their projects are mainly in Kensington, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Belgravia and are predominately refurbishments of prime residential dwellings including basement formation and major structural alterations. The contract values range from £2m-£8m, many of which are negotiated with longstanding clients.
